Took a walk to “Restaurante Odjo d’cgua” to experience something different than our normal breakfast it was a little bit different but the view from the place made it all it was beautiful!
Then we rested a little bit before it was time for the next excursion with “Neptuno” a glass bottom boat that looked like a submarine it went out for one hour around wrecks and a Jesus figure on the depth of six meters (I guess the big miracle was that we could see it at all) it was placed on the bottom to give luck to the local fishermen of the island. The sea was a little bit rough and the visibility was low the only sharp look we could get was of a squid stowaway that had decided to join the roundtrip without paying 3500 escudos…
The last dinner were eaten at the “Funana” restaurant with a three course meal with its charming personnel, I don’t know what kind of system they use but we got the privilege to have five different waiters/waitresses just adding a little extra to the confusion. On top of that we also got to see a movie about the other islands of Cabo Verde on the big screens.
